Conclusion On Tunde Lemo

My journey at Union Bank started in 2007 with an interview for the position of associate bank manager. I was given the opportunity to interview the CEO and chairman of the bank which was the first time I met Mr. Tunde Lemo.

It was during this time that he asked me what I wanted to do in life and I told him that I was a banker by heart. The interview went well and I was given an offer, I accepted it and now I could start my journey within the institution. The first six years were a challenging time but it was still enjoyable as time went on, things started to change and people started to become more difficult. Now, it is no longer about enjoying my work but about hoping to survive.
